The Slats are made of high-quality poplar veneer by hot pressing using an environmentally friendly binder. They are ideal for bed bases, sofas, armchairs, deck chairs and other sleeping furniture.
Slats
Slats (lats, lataflex, orthopedic slats) are an important element of beds and sleeping furniture. They are dog-shaped curved planks that are attached to the bed body, forming the base for the mattress.
Due to its S-shaped shape, the slats provide:
- noiselessness of construction
- orthopedic effect
- uniform load distribution
- ventilation and dryness of the mattress
- easy repair and replacement
High-quality lamellas retain their elasticity throughout the entire service life of the furniture. We offer slats of different thickness, width and length to adapt to different weights and types of furniture:
- the standard thickness is-8 mm
- for increased loads — up to 12 mm
- width — from 3 to 11 cm (narrow and wide models)
Bed rails
The kingpins are the side crossbars that connect the headboard and the footboard of the bed. They form the frame, setting the dimensions of the sleeping place, and serve as the basis for the mattress.
